I like Shout Out Out Out Out a lot at least partially because their song names make up for their shitty band name. "Chicken Soup for the Fuck You" makes me smile every time I read it.

I've been a fan for awhile. Their live show makes their album seem weak by comparison though, alas.

I didn't read the big long post about Second Life because it really doesn't interest me at all. Well, both the post and the community. Sorry, Chris G. For the first couple of years after I signed up, I used to spend around 20 mins on Glono every day...but then life got busier and my First Life picke...

Ha, that'd be amazing! And really, not that far out of the realm of imagination. Just got back from the Thunder Bay show....and yeah. Any misgivings or complaints I might have ever had about the Stripes just got obliterated. I didn't hear anything about any impromptu performances/local contact in th...

I'm reading The Elegant Universe by Brian Greene now, and it's surprisingly quick and easy to read considering it's about string theory and particle physics.

Gaaahh, I haven't heard it yet! I'm waiting for next week, when my best Feist-lovin' friend and I will be in the same city finally, to listen to it.

G5A, Patrick Wolf doesn't come off well in ANY interview....but I love him anyways. Put me down as another fan of the Magic Position. I've been hesistant to talk about how much I love it because I keep thinking I'm going to get tired of it....but it's ben spinning since February and I still love it....

In my local paper today they reported that the #3 record in Canadian sales was Feist's The Reminder.

Sure, it's the Canadian sales. But the fact that she got even that blows my mind just a little. My teeny tiny favourites apparently are hitting the big time...
