Looks like cover art from a Beautiful South CD.

Here's their official web site. It doesn't have any good shots of their CD artwork. Each of their CD booklets are filled with stuff, though.

This site has all their cover art, which tends to be paintings with odd or ironic content:

Yeah Prop, that's one of them that I was thinking of. Much of their inside cover art is in that style, usually it's something kind of weird of odd, like a guy with a pork chop for a face, or turtles with peoples' heads for their shells.

Please, no one mock me for liking this band. I simply can't explain it. At first it was because two of the founding members were in the Housemartins. But now, I don't know why. It's like a bad habit or something.

Talk about Creepy. That cover (the kid with the guitar) is downright disturbing. Reminds me of a Marillion album cover.

Sort of also reminds me of this:

It will probably be that good as well!

the weezer cover reminds me of the plastic energizer family members. those were some freaky folks.
