For me, it is The Spores. Their latest CD "Doom Pop" just came out
through SideCho records and the physical copy is only available on They are a band full of heavy baselines, beautiful vocals and a huge electronic burst that really defines an awesome album. They just shared stages with Eagles of Death Metal and are on tour right now.
Check em out!

I mentioned them before.. but its only because they're awesome! But The Black Summer Crush is one of my favorites.. they have a sound that's different from most stuff you hear on the radio today. but I'm a huge beatles fan.. and I have to say I hear the influences in their music.. soo I highly recommend them for you check out.. heres their site..

i've been really diggin' Keaton Simons lately. "Nobody Knows" is my favorite song by him. His CD doesn't come out till June, so i'm just spreading the word about his so you all can check him out before his album comes out. Can't wait to see him live on April 17th at Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles, its gonna rock!
