One of our bands, Grenadier, has a new album out. "Power pop" seems to be the closest thing to describe it. Elvis Costello, The Sweet, T-Rex, Spoon, Big Star, Raconteurs. Little sonic easter eggs, musical "quotes" from Bowie, The Wrens, Macca, ZZ Top, Heart, subliminally sprinkled throughout. Ya might...!
