I've been listening to these guys a lot lately. Their new CD is currently Japan and Europe only (they don't have a US label yet), but they have a few EPs out and you can listen to songs on their site, as well as order the full-length directly from them. I got it yesterday and I can't stop listening to it, it's infectiously catchy.

These guys aren't doing anything wholly new, but if you are someone who was into the old "emo" bands before the term became a dirty word, you may be interested to know that they band is made up of Garret Klahn from Texas Is The Reason, Sergie from Samiam, and Scott McPherson from Sensefield and Elliott Smith's backup band. When I listen to it, it reminds me of what I loved about all of those bands. (well, maybe not E. Smith, but you know what I mean)

I like it, maybe you will too. Maybe you won't.
