GloNo is an amazing site (much love to you all for keeping it that way). How about expanding the Avatar gallery and adding some pics of female musicians (Neko, Liz, etc.)?

That's an excellent suggestion.

Done. I added ones of Debbie Harry, Liz Phair, Patti Smith, Juliana Hatfield, Kim Deal, Kim Gordon, Lenore, Lucinda Williams, and Neko Case.
In addition to these avatars, you can always upload your own images as long as they are no bigger than 80x80px and 6kb.

Whyfore? Is there any way you can change the limits of the size? call me nerdy, and you would be doing so rightfully, but I know jack shit about resizing images and have had huge amounts of frustration every time I find something I want and it doesn't fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit.

Big avatars are annoying and distracting.

Irfanview is easy to use for resizing and other easy imaging tasks. It doesn't take up much space and it's free.
