Welcome to Mojo's Top 5 lists all over again, LOL, and man is it addictive...

Mojo Nixon - "Bring Me The Head Of David Geffen"
Weird Al Yankovic - "Yoda"
Weird Al Yankovic - "Everything You Know Is Wrong"

Gonna keep my contribution to this one short; I bust a nut on the last one.

How do you pick a funniest Weird Al Song? They're all pretty good. I've only got one contribution to this thread:

Steve Martin and the Toot Uncommons—"King Tut" A true-blue comedy classic.

When I die
Now don't think I'm a nut
Don't want no fancy funeral
Just one like old King Tut

That was my favorite song when I was a kid. I used to sing the whole thing... All the time.

This is weird, because I was just contemplating a mix along these lines.
The Replacements "Waitress In the Sky" is funny in a kind of mean way.
Why can I think of no others? Man, this is going to be a hard mix to make... Oh, Dave and Deke Combo's "Right Behind Me." That's funny. And the Go-Nuts "Snakless Sonata." Hilarious. And what was that Tone Loc song about gettin' high? "Cheeba" I think?

Call me a modernist, but I love "United States of Whatever" by Liam Lynch. Also, Tenacious D's entire first album...anything David Cross does...that about does it for the memory now.
