Sales: Michael Jackson, Creed, Sting, oh my...

November 4, 2009

BillboardWe've got a crazy country these days. Voters in Virginia and New Jersey put Republicans in their governor's mansions, and 110,000 album buyers decided to pick up the new Creed. Why not? Didn't suck bad enough the first time around? Maybe see if this time it might turn out to not be a total disaster? We get the politicians we deserve. And we get the album charts we deserve, too.

But hey, at least Michael Jackson is back on top where he belongs after weeks of being anachronistically denied the top of the charts.
