Be warned peoples: It ain't like Phoenix. And it certainly ain't like Surgery, but that's probably a good thing. It's a big ol' slab of noise served with a side of unintelligibility that doesn't have any of the more pop leanings of the last couple albums, or the folkiness of Rise and Fall. They removed a drummer, two guitarists and a keyboard player from the band, and yet somehow became *louder*. Or maybe just more uncompromising.
