This album is pretty damn good, probably the best stuff released by Earle in years, with no small amount of credit due to Townes for writing the actual songs.

I like my Steve Earle rockin' and two steppin' like 'El Corazon. This might be a burty schong(pretty song) but the acoustic bummer shit has grown tiresome for me.

I'd love to hear this, but I'm broke as hell, so no new rekkids 'till next month. I may have to bust out my Steve Earle/Townes/Guy Clark live cd instead.

Sven, it's probable that TVZ isn't for you, then.

Owl--or may I call you Woodsy? I like the skow acoustic stuff from Flying Burritos, Son Volt, Uncle Tupelo, etc. it's just that everything I've heard from Steve Earle since El Corazon has been the slow stuff--except for Galway Girl.Admittedly I didn't look that hard so I may have missed a few. .
